Our Mission
Our mission at the Tryon Yoga Center is to support holistic health through the precise and therapeutic practices of Iyengar Yoga, as developed by B.K.S. Iyengar. By integrating the depth of his work with the wisdom of Rudolf Steiner and Anthroposophy, we seek to offer a balanced approach to well-being that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit for our community.
