Our Classes

Beginners

Our beginner Iyengar Yoga classes provide a welcoming and structured environment for newcomers to build a strong foundation in yoga. Through a focus on alignment, precision, and posture, students learn key poses in a methodical way, using props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to safely support each movement. These classes emphasize gradual progression, helping beginners develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness at their own pace. Ideal for anyone looking to explore yoga for the first time or those wanting a more mindful, guided approach.

Gently Yoga for Back, Joints and Wellness

These classes support individuals dealing with specific health concerns such as back pain, joint issues, and postural imbalances. With a focus on alignment, stability, and therapeutic sequences, these classes use props and modifications to ensure each pose is accessible and effective for healing. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to build strength and flexibility, our approach promotes holistic well-being and long-lasting relief.

Yoga for kids

Our Yoga for Kids classes create a fun and engaging environment where children can explore movement, balance, and mindfulness through age-appropriate yoga postures and playful activities. With a focus on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness, these sessions encourage kids to connect with their breath, develop focus, and learn self-regulation skills. Each class blends physical movement with imaginative storytelling, helping children feel calm and confident. Perfect for young ones seeking a healthy outlet for energy and a foundation for lifelong wellness.

Our class passes are designed to give you flexibility over several months: the 6-Class Pass expires three months from your first visit, the 12-Class Pass expires four months after your first class, and the 24-Class Pass expires six months after your initial visit.
